Sustainability:
The impact of the PE and Sport Premium funding will be sustainable beyond the funding period through investment in staff professional development, high-quality equipment, and established partnerships. Staff training (£1,124) has increased teachers' confidence and competence in delivering high-quality PE lessons, ensuring improved provision for future cohorts of pupils. The purchase of equipment and resources (£6,944.66) provides long-term benefits as these resources will continue to be used across curriculum PE lessons and extracurricular activities in future years. The school's membership fees, School Games Organiser support, and partnership work have strengthened links with local sporting networks, increasing opportunities for participation, competition and staff development. External coaches have worked alongside staff to enhance teaching practice and develop sustainable expertise within the school. Targeted provision for SEND pupils, disadvantaged pupils and girls has helped establish inclusive opportunities that can continue to be embedded within the school's PE curriculum and extracurricular offer.
